A Patented Low Carbon Efficiency Deoxidization Process

The Importance of Deoxidizers

At the stage of the steelmaking process, in order to reduce the carbon content of the molten iron coming out of the blast furnace, oxygen is blown into the converter. At this time, the carbon content is greatly reduced and the oxygen content is greatly increased.

A deoxidizer needs to be added every time the molten steel is tapped to reduce the oxygen content in the steel blank, so that in the subsequent secondary refining, the addition of alloys and oxygen can be avoided and refining and tempering can be smooth.

A Unique Patented Process

LCE’s groundbreaking low-carbon aluminum pellet process, which does not require melting and consumes minimal energy, generates deoxidizers while emitting significantly lower levels of carbon. By utilizing locally sourced, entirely recycled aluminum cans, this method not only cuts waste management expenses but also guarantees the provision of high-quality aluminum deoxidizers with an aluminum content ranging from 90% to 99%.

100% Recycled Material

Throw away an aluminum can and it will take 500 years for it to decompose on the surface of the earth.
Using recycled aluminum to make aluminum uses about 90 to 95% less energy than using bauxite ore to make aluminum, while reducing air pollution by 95%.
Recycling one aluminum can can power your home TV for 3 hours.
Recycling 125 aluminum cans can provide a family with electricity for a day.
Recycling 1 ton of aluminum can save 37 barrels of crude oil.
